These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the rules governing the relationship between cuci365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "User", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses any services offered through the cuci365 website and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any portion of the cuci365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the cuci365 platform for Members transacting from Malaysia.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on cuci365, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. cuci365 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Members, consistent with internationally recognised standards for licensed online gaming operators. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded individual with cuci365 or any recognised self-exclusion programme applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a business entity, or any third party when registering or transacting on the platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or family member of a cuci365 employee who would be in possession of material non-public information relating to the platform's operations.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on cuci365. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be deemed your responsibility. cuci365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not allow another person to access your account on your behalf.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing via a shared device.
• Notify cuci365 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Your use of the cuci365 platform is governed by the following conditions. By accessing the platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All bets and wagers placed on cuci365 are final once confirmed by the platform. cuci365 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed on markets that were incorrectly priced, or placed in connection with technical errors affecting the display of odds or game outcomes. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's account without deduction.

cuci365 reserves the right to carry out technical maintenance on the platform, which may result in temporary unavailability of certain games, markets, or payment functions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where possible.

The cuci365 platform is optimised for use by Malaysian players transacting in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed through Malaysian-regulated payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. Transaction minimums, maximums, and processing times are published on the Cashier page and are subject to change.

6.1 Deposits. All deposits made to cuci365 must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. cuci365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts held primarily in another person's name, or anonymous payment instruments. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified on the Cashier page for a particular payment method.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Member. Prior to processing withdrawal requests above the applicable KYC threshold, cuci365 requires satisfactory completion of identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of residential address.

6.3 Processing Times. cuci365 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform: e-wallet cashouts (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target ranges and not guaranteed times. Processing may be delayed in cases where additional verification is required.

6.4 Currency. All transactions on cuci365 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Members transacting from Malaysia. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to MYR is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt of funds on-chain.

cuci365 offers various promotional incentives to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game categories, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

• Members may only claim a promotional offer once unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full.
• cuci365 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in active use will be honoured under the original terms in effect at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses obtained through abusive bonus behaviour — including but not limited to bonus hunting, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• VIP Programme tier cashback and rewards are calculated on a weekly basis. cuci365 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and reward structures with thirty (30) days' notice to affected Members.

cuci365 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If at any point gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, Members are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gambling tools available on the platform or to seek professional support.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered Members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The suspension takes effect immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the cuci365 Support team and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci365 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or access the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance criminal activities, or engage in any form of financial fraud.

• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent platform restrictions or eligibility requirements.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward platform staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content available on the cuci365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of cuci365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of cuci365.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other matter beyond the direct control of cuci365.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, cuci365's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. cuci365's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cuci365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices when accessing the platform.

12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your cuci365 account at any time by contacting our Support team. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by cuci365. cuci365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other Members.

12.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity, cuci365 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds and bonus balances, without obligation of repayment.

cuci365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cuci365 will publish the updated Terms on this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Members via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the cuci365 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which cuci365 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and cuci365, the Member should first contact the cuci365 Support team to seek resolution informally. cuci365 is committed to resolving Member disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures in accordance with the platform's applicable licensing framework.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
